Is verification really free?

Yes. Free verification is available to any property manager. Everyone can get a TrueMatch™ score. We're not pay-to-play. Our mission is to build the trust layer for the industry—the "CarFax of property management." You earn visibility through verified performance, not by paying for rankings.

We offer an optional paid tier (monthly or annual subscription) that unlocks growth tools: owner surveys, enhanced profile features, direct sales booking link, industry benchmarking, and certifications. But core verification and your TrueMatch™ score? Always free.

What is TrueMatch™ scoring and how does it work?

TrueMatch™ is the industry's first objective, performance-based scoring system. Your score (0-100) is calculated across four categories: Performance (occupancy, leasing speed, tenant retention), Cost (pricing transparency and value), Trust (reviews, licensing, insurance), and Experience (years in business, portfolio size).

What data do you need for verification?

We collect data on tenant retention, vacancy periods, rent collection, maintenance response times, and financial reporting accuracy. Licensing and insurance details. Pricing structure and transparency. Your data is secure—we only use it for evaluation and calculating your TrueMatch™ Score. What happens if I don't get verified?

All property managers can get verified if they meet basic standards (licensing, insurance, operational data). If there are gaps, we provide feedback on what needs improvement. You can resubmit key pieces of info as needed and your score will update in real-time. Our goal is helping quality managers succeed.
